Ofek Metal Machining Ltd was founded in 1997 by Blacher Menachem, a former Israel Aircraft Industries employee with over 34 years experience in the fields of Aviation, Defense, Space and Arms.
David Artzi, former chairman of the Israel Export Institute and CEO of Bedek Aircraft at Israel Aircraft Industries, is the chairman of the board of Ofek and a mainstay of the company.
At Ofek, we specialize in manufacturing parts and assembling subsystems of various sizes, with great precision and speed, at top quality and in compliance with international standards, including AS9100C for Aerospace, ISO13485 for medical equipment manufacturing, Ship to Stock for the missiles and space division at IAI, MLA, ISO9001:2000 and others.
Ofek Metal Machining is the main supplier in Israel of manufacturing parts for 4- and 5-axis CNC machines. Automatic milling and turning for parts and assemblies is done in Mass production, using the full turnkey method.
We specialize in project management and serial production in large quantities; from the consultation, development and planning stage through the final assembly stage and straight to the assembly line for production. As part of its organizational structure, the company has a production planning and control, purchasing and logistics department for project management, headed by a project manager who is responsible for providing regular solutions to client needs. A combined engineering and manufacturing department provides for a significant reduction in manufacturing costs.
